·         Lifestyle Select Ultra Lite

·         Lifestyle Select Super Lite

·         Lifestyle Select Lite

·         Lifestyle Select Gold

·         Lifestyle Select Gold Plus

The new interest rates will apply to Standard and Flexible options and to additional borrowing.

In addition, with effect from 10am on Thursday 23rd June, we’re making the following changes to our Capital Select Options products.

We’re increasing the interest rates on:

·         Capital Select Super Lite

We’re increasing the interest rates and reducing the maximum LTVs by up to 2% for all ages on:

·         Capital Select Gold (1% LTV reduction e.g. Maximum LTV at age 70 reducing from 41% to 40%)

·         Capital Select Gold Plus (2% LTV reduction e.g. Maximum LTV at age 70 reducing from 44% to 42%)

·         Capital Select Platinum (2% LTV reduction e.g. Maximum LTV at age 70 reducing from 46% to 44%)

·         Capital Select Platinum Plus (2% LTV reduction e.g. Maximum LTV at age 70 reducing from 48% to 46%)

If your client wants to take advantage of the current pricing on our Capital Select Options, you will need to generate a KFI before 10am on Thursday 23rd June.

If you have already generated a KFI on current terms and your client would like to proceed, we will need to receive a linked application before 5pm on Thursday 7th July.
