MyHealthCounts is back and running

We’re getting in touch to let you know that our MyHealthCounts programme is now back up and running, having been temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused your clients. Also, we’ll be contacting each customer that has previously registered with the programme to let them know that they need to re-register to use it.

What’s changed

As a major health insurer, we regularly review our service providers and are pleased to advise that we are moving the MyHealthCounts programme to a new provider – Roadtohealth Group.

There’s also a small change to the features of the service, in that we’ve removed the optional pharmacy check, which carried a fee. Whilst our popular 12-week programmes aren’t available yet, they will be back shortly.

We’re here for you

You don’t need to take any action, but please get in touch if you or your clients have any queries. We are confident that MyHealthCounts will continue to add value to our health and wellbeing proposition.

If there’s anything more you’d like to know, please get in touch with your usual Aviva contact.

Announcement

New process for collecting SME member information

We have some exciting news that will make life much easier for you and your customers.

The recent situation has impacted all of us and we’ve had to adjust quickly to new ways of working. With that in mind and in association with AMII (The Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries), we are really pleased to announce that for any SME Private Medical Insurance schemes looking to switch from another provider, we can now accept electronic direct transfer of membership information between insurers.

This really showcases our collaborative relationship with AMII and other insurers at an uncertain time and how we’re making it easier for your clients to do business with us.

For more information please speak to your your Field Sales Consultant or call the Health Trading Centre on 0800 158 3348 who will be happy to answer your questions.

Stay safe and well.
