Mental Health Awareness Week is a time for us all to pause, to reflect on our mental health—and the mental health of those around us. For employers, this week comes as a reminder that workplace mental health must be acknowledged, understood, and supported.

The week runs from the 9th-15th of May, and the theme this year is loneliness. More than 9 million people in the UK say they often or always feel lonely. So it’s vital that we recognise this issue and the impact it can have on mental health.

Below you’ll find multiple assets which will help support your employees wellbeing in the workplace both for loneliness and for mental health support in general.
